Consolidating copper coins

A command to compact our money would be much appreciated. I always get over-burdened with coppers while farming mobs. So a command like

/money

that turns each 100 coppers into 1 silver, and each 100 silvers into 1 gold would really help.

Statement:

Copper weights too much and players do not have enough carry weight to accommodate dungeons. This is further an issue for mages who are required to carry mats which weigh 70-130 more then Warriors or Ranger play styles.

Groups of 4-6 feel this pain the most as explained below.

Issue:

With Group Loot on, Silver is divided into copper which causes groups of 4-6 people to fill their allotted weight within 5-10 minutes of farming.

If group loot is off, It's a FFA. If we designate one person to collect coins we have to figure out a way to roll/hand out the rest of the items that drop.

Example:

Solo: Provides about an hour of farming before having to return to town to exchange currency or bank it. (This seems acceptable)

Groups: Provides about 5-10 minutes of farming before having to return to town (5-6 players in any dungeon have the currency paid in copper. 5 Silver drop = each person receiving 83 copper. After 10 minutes you now have 1000-1500 copper.

Possible Solutions:

-Offer a round robin loot system as well as the group loot system. (This allows everyone to loot undivided silver AND the items that are on that mob)
-Offer a high level spell/scroll that can smelt copper to silver. (Possibly only used by a camp fire which diminishes the fire)
-Offer a profession that can smelt the copper/silver/gold that can be used within dungeons (Skill can govern loss rate. Skill 0= 50% loss of copper when smelting. Skill GM = 5% loss.
-Double default weight to 400 (Other Shards do this)
-Allow copper to auto transfer to silver when it reaches 100(Game breaking and not recommended)

Thank you for taking the time to read this feedback/suggestion.

Another potential solution.

Summon a broker.

Use a scroll that will allow you summon a bank broker that you can give money to and he will deliver the money back to town for you (at an exchange rate). You could even tie this into some sort of kingdom system down the road and have royalty set the exchange rate of this commission.

The npc really wouldn't be travelling. he would just insert the cash into the bank for you and disappear.

That is a great suggestion as well!
